About Dr. Zervas

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in the field. In addition to providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy to clients, I have experience collaborating with educational institutions on ways to improve their mental health and wellness programming for both students and employees.

I have specialized training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Parent Management Training and have worked at a variety of institutions across the northeast including urban and rural hospitals, community mental health clinics, private practices, and independent schools.

My current practice focuses on:

  • Providing psychotherapy services to adolescents and emerging adults

  • Providing parent/caregiver coaching to those caring for children, teens, and young adults

  • Consultation services to educational institutions on ensuring their mental health support and wellness offerings are matching their needs

  • Presenting to schools and professional organizations on a variety of wellness topics

  • Providing peer supervision to other mental health professionals

My treatment style is individualized, collaborative, problem-focused, and involves the use of a variety of evidence-based practices to address client needs. I also bring warmth, calm open-mindedness, and humor to my therapeutic, consultation, coaching, presentation, and supervision work.

Please take your time to browse my website and feel free to contact me with questions or to schedule a brief initial phone consultation.
